At Least 130 People Dead in Moscow Music Hall Shooting

Russia is blaming Ukraine for that deadly attack at a Moscow concert hall that left at least 130 people dead. However, U.S. Intelligence shows the Islamic State was responsible. Eleven years ago, Inside Edition was inside the concert hall covering Donald Trump's Miss Universe contest. The ISIS-linked group claiming responsibility for the massacre reportedly issued a warning to Putin that they are planning more attacks.
