Rosie O'Donnell's ex, Michelle Rounds, slammed Rosie as an unfit mother with shocking claims of drinking excess amounts of wine and smoking marijuana.

Those are the eye-opening claims reportedly being made by her ex, Michelle Rounds, in their divorce documents.
Rounds says she plans to sue for sole custody of their daughter Dakota.

O'Donnell looked every bit the doting mom when 2-year-old Dakota appeared with her on her last day on The View.
But in court papers, Rounds claims O'Donnell is an absentee parent who allegedly leaves Dakota in the care of nannies 24/7. Rounds also claims O'Donnell drinks "a bottle of wine every night" and "regularly smokes weed."
But, O'Donnell hit back today calling the claims of her ex, who she married three years ago, "an absurd and desperate attempt to use a child for her own gain. It's sad in every way."
And, she posted one photo of Dakota with the caption: "Excuse me. Do I get a vote?"

Photographers found Rounds out on the town in Los Angeles with curvaceous model Carmen Ortega. The date had some wondering if she was trying to make O'Donnell jealous. One video shows them snuggling for the cameras.
Michelle Rounds didn't answer questions about her bitter split with O'Donnell, but had this to say about their daughter: "Everything is in the best interest for Dakota."
