Baltimore City State Attorney declared that six police officers have been charged in the death of Freddie Gray.
There was stunning news out of Baltimore this morning, as six police officers are charged in the death of Freddie Gray.

Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby broke the news that the death has been ruled a homicide in a press conference.
She said, "The findings of our thorough investigation into Mr. Gray's death led us to believe we have probable cause to file criminal charges."
The crowd cheered as she said the news.
She continued and said, "The manner of death is believed to be a result of a fatal injury sustained while the custody of the Baltimore Police Department wagon."

The charges included second degree murder, involuntary manslaughter and assault.
Mosby also said that “no crime had been committed by Mr. Gray,” who was arrested for possessing a switchblade knife. Mosby mentioned that the knife that Gray had was not a switchblade and was lawful. She said that the officers “illegally arrested” Gray.
