Sofia's frosty reply was in reference to that op-ed piece in the New York Times: "Frozen Embryos Have A Right To Live" written by her ex, Nick Loeb, who is suing her for custody of the two embryos they created together!

The timing couldn't be worse. According to published reports, Loeb's op-ed article came out when it did for maximum impact, allegedly to embarrass the actress and wreck the debut of her new film!
At the Hot Pursuit Preimere Sofia looked happy as can be with her handsome fiancee, Joe Manganiello. But if you ask her to comment on her ex- boyfriend's embryo controversy, be prepared for an icy reply.
