Experts question the motivation behind charging six Baltimore police officers in the death of Freddie Gray.
Last week, Marilyn Mosby was hailed a hero.
But today, Baltimore's prosecutor is being blasted by famed Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz for charging six cops in the death of Freddie Gray.
He told INSIDE EDITION, "She had to come up quickly with an indictment and it had to be a very harsh indictment, including murder for one of the defendants, and I think that was a rush to judgement."

HLN host Nancy Grace, herself a former prosecutor, sees it differently, asking, "Rush to judgement? You know what, tell that to Freddie Gray's family. Absolutely not!"
Dershowitz questioned the impartiality of prosecutor Marilyn Mosby after she said, "I heard your call for 'no justice no peace,' your peace is sincerely needed as I want to deliver justice on behalf of this young man."
Dershowitz told INSIDE EDITION, "What concerned me most was her statement that she had heard the crowd shouting 'no justice, no peace.' You can't let the crowd influence what an indictment in the case is going to be.'"
Grace said, "Alan Dershowitz loves to stir the pot. He has already said 'There shouldn't be charges the case is weak, and if there is a conviction there will be a reversal on appeal.' Really? I don't think they've shut the jury yet."

There is a general agreement among legal experts that convicting the cops will be challenging.
Dershowitz said, "The fact that there is a murder charge may result in an aquittal to all the charges. That's what happened in the George Zimmerman case."
Grace says, "If you put in cops that are not responsible with the ones that are, a jury may cut them all loose.
Dershowitz says he's also upset that the prosecutor may have overreached by charging the cop who drove the van with second-degree murder.
The weekend was relatively peaceful in Baltimore, but there was one shocking video as cops blasted as protestor with pepper spray, soaking him right in the face and pulling him to the ground by his hair.

The man was wearing a profane, anti-police T-shirt and cops say he refused orders to get off the street.
