Undercover agent Charles Falco tells INSIDE EDITION that the shootout is the worst biker turf war he's ever seen – and that it's far from over.
Following a biker gang shootout in Waco, Texas, 170 people are facing charges. Authorities were predicting for at least two weeks that trouble was brewing.
Undercover agent Charles Falco infiltrated motorcycle gangs for the feds. He's in disguise because he says biker gangs are still out to assassinate him.

"They were kind of acticipating that something might kick off," he told INSIDE EDITION’S Steven Fabian.
Falco said Sunday's turf war between the Bandidos and the Cossacks is the worst biker violence in history.
INSIDE EDITION’S Steven Fabian asked Falco, “What were the two rival gangs doing in that parking lot?”
“They were there to show force against each other. It was a biker event on Sunday day when there are a lot of what biker gangs call 'civilians,' just normal bikers. And they wanted to show force against each other, so they showed up in large groups,” Falco said.
In a 911 call, a dispatcher said, “I just got a call from a passer-by. They were going by Twin Peaks [restaurant]. [They] thought they heard a gunshot, looked over and saw a lot of people running.”
SWAT teams were standing by in case of trouble, and moved in quickly when the battle erupted. Bikers fleeing the scene were pulled over and arrested.
The gunplay started inside Twin Peaks, a restaurant chain best known as a rival to Hooters, with scantily clad waitresses wearing cut-off tops and hot pants.
Local cops expressed anger because the restaurant in Waco actually promoted bike night to attract bikers and were said to be uncooperative. The owners deny that.

"We have attempted to work with the local management of Twin Peaks to get that cut back, to no avail. Apparently, the management wanted them here, " said an officer.
The death toll might have been higher, but Twin Peaks waitresses and customers ran into the freezer and took cover as bullets flew.
“I crawled back towards the freezers with a lot of the waitresses and other people. It was really, really scary," said one woman who was inside.
Falco warns the gang war isn't over.
"Now the Cossacks and Bandidos will be at war forever - until they no longer exist," said Falco.
The parent company of the Twin Peaks chain announced it has revoked the local restaurant's franchise agreement effective immediately.
