When Sam wanted to propose to his girlfriend, he turned to his singer/songwriter cousin Matty Mac to help pop the question.
What appeared to be a music video from a new artist, it actually turned out to be a marriage proposal in the making.

Sam asked his cousin, singer / songwriter Matty Mac, to help him propose to his girlfriend that he fell in love with when they were only 10-years-old. Matty Mac wrote the song 'Proposal' specifically for the occasion and Sam’s girlfriend, Jesse, thought she was just starring in the music video.
As the song comes to an end, the big surprise is revealed, and Jess had no idea!
She told INSIDE EDITION, “I was completely surprised when I saw Sam get down on one knee. After Sam asked me to marry him and after I said yes the rest of our friends and family rushed into the restaurant to congratulate us! They had been hiding outside the entire time!”

Jess also said that she couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and she's excited to have this video for the rest of their lives and one day share with their kids. The song proposal is now also available on iTunes and Spotify.
