The owner of a California donut shop says the star should be charged for apparently licking one of his baked treats. He also says he's getting threats.
Ariana Grande's donut-licking scandal is landing the small donut shop in hot water.
The pop diva caused a huge uproar she was caught on surveillance tape apparently licking a donut.

The problem for the little mom-and-pop shop is that the donuts had been left exposed on the counter. Local health inspectors in California went to the shop on Wednesday and lowered their rating from ‘A’ to ‘B.’
INSIDE EDITION exclusively obtained the inspection report stating that Wolfie Donuts failed to keep "food separated and protected from contamination."
INSIDE EDITION went back to the donut shop Thursday and spoke to the owner, Joe Marin. “I never had a ‘B.’ I don’t like the ‘B’ rating,” he said.
He's not happy about the inspection, but he’s hopeful. “There’s minor things we could fix. They told us that if we could fix it within seven days, I’ll get my ‘A’ back.”
He also said Grande should face the consequences for apparently licking the treats. “She should be charged," he said.
Donut shops across the nation are on paying attention to the Grande scandal.
When the donuts are ready at Dunwell Donuts in Brooklyn, they go from the kitchen directly to a rack, which is behind the counter away from the customer's reach, and then to a display case, which is behind glass.

Grande is trying her best to explain why she uttered an anti-American phrase. Grande said she was reacting to the tray of fattening donuts and that eating too much of this stuff is bad for your health.
“As an advocate for healthy eating, food is very important to me, and I sometimes get upset by how freely we, as Americans, eat and consume things without giving any thought to the consequences that it has on our health, and society as a whole.

“However, I should have known better in how I expressed myself.”
Nutritionist Mya Feller agreed that Grande has a point - about donuts, at least.
“This is not something I would give to my children. It’s also not something I would counsel my patients to eat on a regular basis,” she said.
In her statement, Grande also said she loves her country and apologized to anyone she offended.
