Modern Family star Sofia Vergara's boyfriend is seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in Los Angeles. INSIDE EDITION has the breaking details.
A terrifying accident involving the boyfriend of Modern Family star Sofia Vergara.
Cops say Nick Loeb drove off a narrow road in the Bel Air section of Los Angeles and was taken to the hospital with severe injuries.
INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret reports from outside the UCLA Medical Center where Sofia Vergara has had an all night vigil by her boyfriend's bedside.
Loeb is in intensive care being treated for a badly broken leg, a huge gash across his chest, and other injuries.
After leaving the hospital this morning Vergara tweeted:
"Thanks everybody, Nick is doing very good. Pelvic fracture, lots of pain but he is going to be ok. Gracias!"
Vergara met Loeb in January at a Golden Globes party. Loeb, who is a management consultant, ran for state Senate in Florida in 2009, but dropped out after his wife filed for divorce.
Vergara's show is nominated for an Emmy award. No word if her boyfriend's accident will impact her attending this Sunday's Emmy ceremony.
