A worker decided to help an elderly man out after hearing teens criticize his home as the ugliest they'd ever seen.
A kind-hearted man rallied more than 100 volunteers to paint the home of an elderly man after he overheard teenagers calling it the “f****** ugliest house" they'd ever seen.
Josh Cyganik, 35, had been working across the street from 75-year-old Leonard Bullock's home in Pendleton, Oregon and regularly saw him sitting outside on his porch, according to BuzzFeed News.

Cyganik said he was taken aback when he saw that the man was visibly affected when the teens loudly criticized his home and immediately felt he needed to help him.
He gathered more than 100 volunteers to help paint and spruce up the home, and spoke to the local Tum-A-Lum Lumber Company, which donated the paint.
Bullock was very touched by the kind-hearted act.
“He was speechless,” Cyganik said.
He explained: “I was brought up to treat people with respect, respect your elders. He didn’t deserve that. I had to do something.”

Cyganik is encouraging people to help those in need.
“Don’t be afraid to go out there and help them,” he said. “Don’t be afraid to take the first step.”
