Court documents allege Page confessed to causing the injuries that led to his son's death.
According to a criminal warrant provided by the Henry County Circuit and General Sessions Court, "Christopher Warren Page gave a voluntary confession concerning this offense on the charge of aggravated child abuse, child under 8 years of age. The cause of these injuries were intentionally committed."
Page was incarcerated without bond in the Carroll County Jail on Thursday night. He was arraigned on Friday, when bond was set at $500,000, officials said.
