A passenger apparently mistook the plane door for the toilet and found himself in deep trouble at 30,000 feet.
A passenger on board a KLM flight tried to open the airplane door while at 30,000 feet because he claimed he “thought it was a toilet.”

James Gray from Scotland was fined 600 Euros and banned for five years by KLM following the event. He was traveling from Edinburgh, Scotland to Amsterdam, Netherlands at the time.
Gray says flight staff accused him of trying to open the door of the plane, but he insists he only touched the door handle because he mistook it for the bathroom, according to reports.
Once the plane touched down in Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, he was pulled away by authorities and taken to a detention center, where he was fined.
Gray told The Telegraph: “The crew told me to stay in my seat and I was to be arrested when the plane landed. I tried to explain it was a simple mistake. It was a misunderstanding. The police came and arrested me. They weren't too friendly."

A spokesperson for the police and airport has not commented on the matter.
The airline said they handed Gray over to authorities because of “his misbehavior” during the flight.
