Chloe Goins has filed a lawsuit claiming she was just a teen when she was attacked in 2008.
Could this young model be the woman who takes down Bill Cosby?
Chloe Goins has filed a lawsuit claiming Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, when she was just 17. Speaking to INSIDE EDITION, she admitted that she was nervous about the suit.

"It's been very tough," she said. "The fact that so many women have come forward, they've really given me the strength to be able to do this."
Because of the time that has passed since the alleged incident, her case may fall within the statute of limitations for a criminal complaint against Cosby. The LAPD has finished its investigation and has turned it over to the district attorney, who will decide whether to file charges.
Like many of his other accusers, Goins said she was given a spiked drink by Cosby and blacked out. When she woke up, she said she was naked with Cosby at her feet.
She does not claim Cosby raped her, but her attorney Spencer Kuvin revealed other disturbing allegations.
“She woke up without her clothes on, which were taken off without her consent. Mr. Cosby was at the foot of the bed biting and licking, and biting on one of her toes,” he said.
Her lawyer plans to call the other 40-plus alleged Cosby victims as witnesses.
“You have what is essentially now turned into one of the most prolific serial rapists of anyone's generation,” he said.
Goins said: “I’m one of the only ones who can get justice for these women and that’s very important to me.”
Cosby would not comment on the allegations in her lawsuit.
