Gavin Rossdale reportedly had a lengthy affair with the family nanny, who has a remarkable physical resemblance to his ex, Gwen Stefani.

The nanny, Mindy Mann, apparently morphed herself into an eerie lookalike of her superstar boss of seven years by wearing everything from bandanas to chic dark glasses, jumpsuits, and even similar hairstyles, DailyMail.com reported.
According to the new issue of US magazine, the nanny and Gwen’s ex carried on their affair for three years. The relationship allegedly continued even when Gwen was in the hospital after giving birth to her third son, according to reports.
They only got caught when Gwen reportedly found nude photos of the nanny on the family iPad.
Wendy Williams joked on her show: "She not only style-steals. She stole her man!"
INSIDE EDITION tried to reach the nanny at the day care center she runs in Los Angeles but she wasn't there. No comment from Gwen, who is now dating fellow Voice coach Blake Shelton.
Gwen became emotional on Wednesday night when she was deciding which contestant to save on The Voice.
A source close to Gwen was quoted as saying: "She feels vindicated now that the real story is finally out."
According to The New York Post, the source said: "People now know what she was dealing with... She [is] relieved that truth has seen the light of day."

Nannygate is just the latest scandal involving big celebrities and their household help.
