Kilee Manulak told INSIDE EDITION it was "liberating" to cover the dress in paint.
Kilee Manulak was supposed to be a happy bride, but she never got to walk down the aisle.
Just a week before her wedding day, her longtime fiancé called it off. She says he broke the news to her via text and naturally the bride-to-be was devastated.
There was only one thing left to do: the jilted bride decided to celebrate anyway by trashing her dress.
She headed to a 5K color run in Tampa, Florida where the runners were pelted in paint powder.
The 29-year-old ran the race with her mom, stepdad and bridesmaids who gave her a helping hand. The designer of the wedding gown captured it all on video.
By the end of the race, Manulak's white gown was covered in various colors.

Manulak said trashing her dress was a great way to say adios to her now ex-fiancé, calling the experience “liberating."
"I felt free," she said.
