The couple will tie the knot at the historic Breakers Palm Beach Hotel in one of the most star studded weddings of the year.
Vergara’s ex, Nick Loeb, reportedly lives just six miles away from the venue.
Four hundred guests are expected including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ellen DeGeneres and, of course, her Modern Family co-stars.
Marc Anthony and Gloria Estefan will perform during the two-day affair with cocktails and desserts on Saturday at 9 p.m. with dinner and dancing to follow.
Their ceremony will be held Sunday at 6 p.m. with more dinner and dancing to follow.
A gushing Vergara revealed some secrets about her big day, including a peak at her wedding dress shopping.
“I am very traditional but I have surprises,” she said. “I always try to incorporate a little bit of fun in everything I do.”
There'll be just one bridesmaid for Vergara -- her niece Claudia Daniella, who will be wearing a special dress designed by her famous aunt.
Her 23-year-old son Manalo will walk her down the aisle.
The couple will marry under the gold-covered, hand-painted ceiling of the Mediterranean ballroom at The Breakers.
The after-party will be held in the glamourous Ponce De Leon Ballroom. The party is expected to go until 5 a.m. Monday.
There are reports that the wedding could cost $4 million, including $500,000 for food and $1 million for flowers and decorations.
