The victim randomly stabbed in the heart by a total stranger has died, and police say they have charged a well-educated woman with murder.
The woman randomly stabbed in the heart by a total stranger has died, police said Thursday, and the well-educated woman arrested for the brutal attack has been charged with murder.
Rosemarie Junor, 28, died Wednesday night, five days after a blade was plunged into her chest as she shopped in an underground pedestrian mall in Toronto's financial district, police said.

Rohinie Bisear, 40, an elegant woman with an MBA, was charged Thursday with second-degree murder, police said, following her arrest on Tuesday. Bisear, wearing a black business suit and a lavender blouse, was captured on surveillance video in the mall and had been subject of a massive police hunt, authorities said.
Details of the suspect's troubled mental state have come to light in recent days, according to police and others.
An email from the woman's account was sent Tuesday to the National Post. "Something has been happening to me and this is not my normal self," it said. "I am sorry about the incidence (sic). I felt the need to be extreme to see if it could work. I would not normally do such a thing."
Friend Karl Gutowski said Bisear's mental health had continuously deteriorated over the past few years, the paper reported. The York University graduate was hospitalized last year and alienated from her family, the friend said.

Bisear seemed unable to hold down a job and had become ever-more paranoid, the friend said.
Junor, also a York University graduate, was an occupational therapist who worked at clinic in the financial district, the paper reported. She had gotten married in August.
"Rosemarie was just such a vibrant, happy and glowing person," said her boss, Brett Laschinger, in an email, according to the paper. "She had so many good friends here, and was such a positive force here, and we are all just devastated."
