Steve Harvey tearfully apologized to Pia Wurtzbach as he welcomed her on his show.
Miss Universe, Pia Wurtzbach, is defending Steve Harvey and cleared up a rumor that he missed rehearsals for the live show in December.

“I just want to say I don’t know where that started because he was there for everything,” she said during a taping of The Steve Harvey Show.
She told Harvey to stop beating himself up, saying: “we all have to move on.”
Harvey came face to face with Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutiérrez for the first time since that disastrous mistake that was seen around the world.

Miss Colombia joined Harvey for a two-part special he's calling "Miss Universe: The Truth.” The two hugged as Miss Colombia whispered "I am going to cry” and he told her "I am so sorry.”
He almost broke down as he apologized, saying: “I am beyond sorry.”
Miss Colombia charmed the audience, saying: “You need to learn how to read cue cards. I thought you were doing a joke like Oprah – ‘You're Miss Universe, You're Miss Universe!’”
The episodes will air Monday and Tuesday on The Steve Harvey Show.
