“I did not steal any jokes and I wouldn't," Schumer told Jim Norton on his SiriusXM radio show on Wednesday. "I will literally take a polygraph. I would never do that. It would be so stupid for me to do that."
She also tweeted:

Fans of comedians Wendy Liebman, Tammy Pescatelli and Kathleen Madigan took to Twitter to accuse Schumer of stealing their jokes.
During a standup show, Schumer once joked: “I'm very old school; I think the guy should always pay on the first date. For sex.”
In a similar gag in 1995, Leibman said: "Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I like when the guy pays. For sex.”
When her fans brought up the similarities online, she responded:

In another joke, Madigan said: “I understand why poor people are fat, but Oprah, you are a billionaire. You have enough money to pay people to literally stand there and slap the s*** out of your hand before you put it in your mouth.”
In Schumer’s Comedy Central show Inside Amy Schumer, she invents a weight loss program called “Slap Chef” in which people get food slapped from their hands.
Madigan retweeted a fan's post:

And in 2006, Tammy Pescatelli said: “I’ll admit it, women dress for other women. That's why men, if we love you, we dress you for other women too. That's why we dress you stupid because we want another woman to look ask you and say ‘he's cute but I can't fix all of this.’ Who do you think invented the Hawaiian shirt, okay?”

Schumer once quipped: “You dress him like that because you don't want anyone to have sex with him? Cool.”
But Pescatelli defended Schumer:
