Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife, Denise Richards, are feuding again.

Richards is claiming he evicted her and their two daughters from a home he owned.
The actress also alleges that she once overheard Sheen call their nine-year-old daughter, Lola Rose, "a f****ing pig whore," telling the child: "I’m going to kill you and your mom."
The shocking claims come in a new lawsuit filed by the former Bond girl. She wants the actor to provide money for a new home since she says he kicked her out of the mansion she was living in.
Sheen sold the six-bedroom palace in December for $6.6 million, shortly after he made the bombshell announcement that he has HIV.

The Wild Things actress also claims Sheen once sent Lola Rose a text reading: "have a merry xmas with your loser f*** s*** mom ... Your dad is a rock star genius. Your mom is a p*** wart."
Sheen's lawyer says "This motion is nothing more than money, money, money. Denise has received $660,000 tax-free for almost 10 years, and it's not enough for her. [This is] besides the approximate $10 million she received from Charlie under their short marriage."
Sheen's lawyer reportedly says the actor did not directly send those angry texts to their daughter. He says they were intended to be read only by his ex-wife.
