She is suing for $75 million against a Marriott hotel in Nashville.
Jury selection began Monday for a $75 million civil suit filed by Fox Sports personality Erin Andrews against a Nashville hotel accused of negligence in telling a stalker the woman's room number.
The action allegedly gave the man the opportunity to take video of her changing clothes.

Andrews, who was working for ESPN during the 2008 incident, sued the hotel after David Barrett used peep holes to capture videos of her in the nude.
She says the hotel allowed Barrett to book the room next to hers after telling her room number.
Barrett pleaded guilty to stalking and making the videos. He was later sentenced to 30 months in prison.
"I'm not going to sit and hide, I'm not going to run away," Andrews said outside court after Barrett was sentenced.
Andrews had also appeared on "Dancing With the Stars."

INSIDE EDITION conducted a test in 2009 at the Vanderbilt Marriott in Nashville, where the Andrews incident occurred.
IE asked for a room next to our Lisa Guerrero, who the hotel confirmed was a registered guest and had already checked in. We were given a room over hers and were told we were close to her.
A hotel spokesperson told IE: "Marriott takes guest security and privacy very seriously."
