A Kansas woman has been charged with providing a convicted felon who gunned down three and injured 14 with firearms, including an automatic rifle.

Hopkins is accused of giving Ford the AK-47 style rifle and Glock handgun police say he had with him during Thursday's shooting at Hesston lawn-care equipment factory Excel Industries.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by the Wichita Eagle, Hopkins was in a relationship for a period of time with Ford. The two have a 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son.

Hopkins purchased the firearms at a pawn shop in 2014, according to authorities. However, she left the guns at his home when she moved out in July 2015.

Around a month later, Hopkins came back for her guns with the help of area police. Not long after, Hopkins told authorities she gave the guns back to Ford because he threatened her.

If convicted, Hopkins faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000., according to a statement from the Kansas U.S. Attorney's Office.
