A real estate agency is inviting Republicans who'll be in town for the July convention to rent the serial killer's childhood home outside Cleveland.
The Republican National Convention will take Cleveland by storm in July and places for delegates and their admirers to lay their heads will be few and far between.
To ensure the convention's 50,000 attendees all get beds, real estate company Howard Hanna is making dozens of Cleveland-area private homes available for rent during the event.

Among them is the childhood home of infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. And it can be yours from for a month for just $10,000.

Nestled on a hill in Bath Township, 25 miles from Cleveland, the three-bedroom house is both where Dahmer grew up and where he became a killer for the first time.
Authorities say the house was where Dahmer killed Steven M. Hicks in 1978 at the age of 18 and then scattered his remains around the property.
The home is also a notable example of midcentury modern architecture in "a true park-like setting," the listing notes.

The home's current owner, musician Chris Butler, has renovated it in order for it to more closely reflect the designer's original vision. He told the Beacon Journal “the vibe was always good, but now it’s kind of really good."
He said he listed the home "for the heck of it," but also to possibly "suck some Republican gelt from those people."
Dahmer left Ohio in 1982, when he moved to Wisconsin. While there, he murdered 16 more victims before being arrested in 1991.
He was killed in prison in 1994.
