The former Miss USA wanted some help with her problem areas.
Former Miss USA Shanna Moakler has gone through some changes, undergoing four cutting edge cosmetic procedures — all in the span of a single day.
The 41-year-old had liposuction, cellulite removal, butt enhancement and had the tattooed name of her ex-husband — Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker — removed from her wrist.

The mom of three told Inside Edition: “I have always been concerned about my thighs and my booty.”
To address those concerns, Moakler turned to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Sheila Nazarian, who injected fat sucked out during liposuction into the derrière for the butt enhancement.
She also had a revolutionary procedure called Cellfina, which is meant to erase cellulite like never before.
The processes called for a rotating blade that cuts through the bands inside fat that create cellulite.
“The scariest part is when you hear the sound of the machine. But it doesn't hurt,” Moakler said.

The doctor also used a laser to help remove the tattoo. Moakler said she did not feel a thing.
“I think it’s really important that women understand that they don't have to be ashamed to make changes to their body,” Moakler said. “I don't think you have to be ashamed if you are unhappy with one part of your body and you want to fix it.”
