A woman attending a reunion weekend at Princeton University was sexually assaulted in a campus building Sunday, officials said.

The victim told campus police her attacker was a black man who was about 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds, NJ.com reported.

He is also said to have facial hair, a mole on his face and was wearing a t-shirt and shorts.
It was not clear if the woman was a student or alumna, according to reports.
Spelman Hall is a residential building that houses mostly “independent” students who "do not participate in eating clubs or eating co-ops.”
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office and the University’s Department of Public Safety are investigating the incident.

Students have reportedly been advised to remain alert, report suspicious behavior, avoid walking alone and use the buddy system when staying in a building after hours.
