Fitness guru Richard Simmons is “now a woman,” according to The National Enquirer.
A photo published by the supermarket tabloid purports to show Simmons sporting fur-trimmed lingerie and black leggings, with long flowing hair, silver nail polish and a diamond ring.

The magazine says, "Yes, this photo shoot is real!" They also claim the former Sweatin’ to the Oldies host wishes to be called Fiona.
According to the report, the 67-year-old has already undergone breast implant and castration surgery, as well as hormone therapy, which is the real reason he has not been seen publicly for 924 days.
But Simmons' publicist is shooting down the report, telling DailyMail.com, "this is crap.”
