The former Secret Service agent is painting a disturbing portrait of Hillary Clinton from her time as first lady.
A former Secret Service agent is making explosive claims about the Clinton White House in a controversial new book.
Gary Byrne was a uniformed agent stationed right outside the Oval Office during Bill Clinton's presidency.
"I'm telling the American people this is all true, this is my life, this is what happened," he told Inside Edition.

His new book, Crisis of Character, is now in bookstores and having a major impact on the 2016 presidential campaign.
Byrne's writing has painted a disturbing portrait of what he claims Hillary Clinton, now the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, is like behind the scenes.
"When something goes wrong she seems to go right off the scale. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she goes right to anger and berates who she holds responsible," he claims.
Byrne said that as first lady, Hillary actually hit a Secret Service agent in the back of the head with a Bible.
"She became angry and she had a Bible in her hand. She didn't actually throw it at him. He described it to me as she leaned forward and hit him in the head with it," he said.
He says the White House was like a battlefield for the Clintons — and the president showed up one morning with a black eye to prove it.
"He had a black eye and you could see they were trying to conceal it with makeup. After he went into the Oval Office, they said: 'What is that mark on the presidents eye?' His assistant said he was allergic to coffee," he recalled.
Byrne said it could have been a bad fight the couple had, however, "it is her behavior that I am concerned about."
Byrne also makes the jaw-dropping claim that he once walked in on Bill Clinton making out with Eleanor Mondale, daughter of former Vice President Walter Mondale, in the White House map room.
“They actually looked like two high school seniors in the locker room making out,” he claimd.
Eleanor Mondale died of cancer in 2011 and vehemently denied ever having an affair with the 42nd president.
Byrne however told special prosecutors in a 1998 deposition, saying he heard about the affair from other secret service agents, but didn't see it for himself.
Now he says prosecutors never asked him about the map room incident, and he didn't volunteer the information because of Secret Service rules.
“I couldn't reveal anything they weren't asking me,” he claims.
The Association Of Former Secret Service Agents is now blasting Byrne, saying in a statement: "One must question the veracity and content of any book which implies that its author played such an integral part of so many [claimed] incidents."
Jonathan Wackrow, a former Secret Service agent, is slamming Byrne.
Wackrow told Inside Edition: “This book is purely a tell-all, salacious, opportunistic, you know, storytelling. It isn't based in fact at all.”

A spokesperson for Hillary Clinton said Byrne's book "should be put in the fantasy section of the bookstore."
On the other side of the presidential race, Donald Trump is promising to use the book as campaign ammunition.
He recently said: “In the words of a Secret Service agent posted outside the Oval Office, somebody that saw her a lot and knows her, probably better than almost anybody, she simply lacks the integrity and temperament to serve in the office.”
Byrne claims he has never spoken to Trump — but would never vote for Hillary.
