Most recently, the 53-year-old was with a group of friends at the Sugarloaf Wine Cellar when he placed $15 on a game of Keno and won $10,000, according to Maryland Lottery officials.
“I didn’t scream or jump up and down but I began to feel very happy,” Smallwood said.
On September 30, he used his lucky numbers, 2, 1, 5 and 4, to win $25,000 on a game of Pick 4. Seven years ago, Smallwood also won $50,000 on a $20 scratch-off.
“I’ve been blessed to have been able to win money playing the lottery," Smallwood said. "It really is gratifying feeling to win this.”

He said his lucky numbers were part of a serial code on one of his old banks cards. He liked them so he stuck with them.
“I’ve been playing those numbers for nearly 30 years,” he said.
In the recent win, his numbers were 4, 6, 19, 24, 54 and 63.
Terry said he plans to give some of his winnings to his daughter, an upcoming graduate in college, and may also buy a new grill. The rest of the money will go into his savings.
He said he usually plays Lottery games like Keno because as long as he can afford to play once in a while, he’ll continue to do so.
The Sugarloaf Wine Cellar will also receive a $100 bonus from the Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
