Cruise — who was on the show to promote his new film, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back — joined the host for his “Role Call” segment where they quickly run through his timeline of movies.
In the near 10-minute segment, they started off recreating lines from Top Gun, Days of Thunder and Rain Man.
The biggest laughs came when the actor donned a wig and brought Tropic Thunder character Les Grossman back to life and did his signature dance.
The duo also refabricated the iconic floor hovering scene from Mission: Impossible, as well as the chases and stunts from the franchise’s sequels.

Cruise also brought Jerry Maguire back to life as he and Corden redid the “Show me the money!” scene. During the parody, actor Cuba Gooding, Jr., who won an Oscar for his role in the film as a client of Maguire’s surprised the talk show host and fans and came on stage to redo the scene with his old friend.
The duo also recreated scenes from All the Right Moves, Eyes Wide Shut, Interview with the Vampire, A Few Good Men, Minority Report, Cocktail, Vanilla Sky and others.
