Swift has accused a former country radio DJ of grabbing her inappropriately during a meet-and-greet.
Taylor Swift said she was left “frantic,” “distressed,” and “violated” by an alleged groping incident three years ago.

The pop star has been involved in an ongoing legal battle with radio DJ David Mueller after she said he groped her during a meet-and-greet.
"I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before,” she said in a deposition which has been obtained by Billboard.
It happened in June 2013 prior to a concert in Denver. Swift gave a detailed account of the alleged incident during her deposition in the case.
“He took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there. It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life,” she said.
Two days later, DJ David Mueller, who denies any wrongdoing, was fired from his job at Denver-area radio station KYGO. He has since filed a lawsuit against the "Blank Space" singer.
“The contention that Mr. Mueller lifted up Ms. Swift’s skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms. Swift’s photographer and Ms. Swift’s highly trained security personnel, during a company-sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense," Mueller’s attorney M. Gabriel McFarland said in the amended complaint.
Swift’s deposition was unsealed against the pop star's wishes. However, the judge did seal a photo that the singer describes as “extremely personal and sensitive." It allegedly shows the moment Mueller reached underneath her skirt.
"A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you're thanking people for coming, you're supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned,” she said in the deposition.
Mueller claims Swift’s bodyguard got him mixed up with someone else who he claims bragged about inappropriately touching the pop singer.

Earlier in this month, Swift countersued Mueller for assault and battery and is seeking damages from the incident.
Swift’s attorney J. Douglas Baldridge said in the countersuit: “Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts."
