This week, footage was released showing Todd's orange jumpsuit-clad ex-husband, Steven Williams, leading police to the shallow grave where he recalled burying at least some of her remains.
While shackled at the wrists and ankles, Williams is seen placing flags in the marshy ground at Hungryland Wildlife and Environmental Area.
In September, Williams pleaded no contest to 2nd-degree murder and child neglect and was ordered to serve 35 years for both charges as part of a previous plea deal, WPEC reports.
Williams reportedly told detectives he killed Todd with a blow to the head after an argument over money.

Todd was first reported missing on April 27 when she did not pick up her daughter from a babysitter.
Her disappearance launched a massive search in Martin County. Williams, a former Air Force member, became a suspect after surveillance footage showed him driving his ex-wife's car following her disappearance.
