"I wanna be nice," Oliver Davis said.
This pint-sized cop proves that big gestures can come in small packages.
Five-year-old Oliver Davis dons a mini police officer's uniform, hops on his kid-sized motorcycle and drives to nursing homes, where he hands out flowers and hugs to grateful residents.

"I wanna be nice," he explained from behind a pair of aviators in a video.
While Oliver doesn't have any police officers in his family, he's long been a fan of the force, his mom, Brandi, told InsideEdition.com.
"All he wanted for Christmas last year was a police uniform," she said.
Then in August, they found the motorcycle on Craigslist. During an open house at their local police station, officers took him around their obstacle course.
"He talked to the chief and told him he would work also," Brandi said. "So every day since then he has been wearing his uniform and riding his motorcycle to check our street. He thinks this is his job."
He even sits on the corner of the street and enforces the speed limit "with his real radar gun," she said.
But his mom made sure he knows there's more to the job than a uniform and gadgets.
"We have been talking a lot lately about how policemen help people," she said. "He said, 'well I need to help people since I am a policeman.'"
It was his idea to hand out flowers at nursing homes, his mom said. He enjoyed the experience so much that he asked if he could hug each person too.
"We have been to three nursing homes so far and we plan on going to more," Brandi said.
