Prosecutors allege the flirtation began after the victim wrote his Snapchat user name at the top of a test and the two allegedly exchanged nude photos.
Days later, Ferguson allegedly met the boy in a park, where they allegedly had sex on a bench.
Court documents obtained by WFAA state that one to two weeks later, the aleged victim and his friend visited the apartment Ferguson shared with her fiancé, where they reportedly played beer pong and ate pizza. While the friend walked a dog, Ferguson allegedly had sex with the boy again.
"Ms. Ferguson told [the student] that she knew it was not the right thing to do, but it felt right at the time, and that she was going to break it off with her fiancé because she didn't feel anything with him," court documents state.
Authorities allege Ferguson had sex with the boy on multiple subsequent occasions, the latest of which they say occurred November 4 in the back of the teen's truck.
