'Biggest Loser' Champ Who Lost 112 Pounds Opens Up About Regaining Most of the Weight

"I don't know if I ever believed in myself," Ali Vincent said.

In 2008, Ali Vincent became the first woman to win The Biggest Loser after losing a staggering 112 pounds — but she's since regained most of the weight.

In a tearful interview, the 41-year-old Arizona native opened up about why the pounds returned.

"The Biggest Loser gave me the opportunity to believe in myself and I don't know if I ever really did," she admitted to Pastor T.D. Jakes' talk show on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network, which aired Monday.

"Everybody wanted me to and I wanted to for them, and I had the results to prove it," she continued. "But do I really deserve to have everything that I dream of? Do I deserve to have this happiness?"

Vincent, who said she weighs more than 200 pounds, revealed earlier this year that she'd struggled to keep off the weight after she was sexually assaulted during a massage last year.

She told Pastor Jakes that her emotional struggles continue to hold her back. She said she felt like she is punishing herself but doesn't know why.

"I know that there's stuff that I have to deal with, and I know that it goes back way far, but then I also know that I'm 41 years old. When am I going to do my own stuff? When can I just let it go?"

Jakes told her: "You cannot allow what happened to you to control what is possible for you."

Vincent's interview comes months after she admitted on Facebook that she had joined Weight Watchers in a bid to shed pounds once again.

"I swore I would never be there again, be here again," she wrote in April. "I couldn't imagine a day again that I would weigh over 200 pounds. I feel ashamed. I feel embarrassed. I feel overwhelmed. I feel like a failure."
