Charlie Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, is reportedly in rehab for addiction to crack cocaine and alcohol.
Mueller entered the facility after flying back with Sheen to Los Angeles following the court hearing in Aspen where the star of Two and a Half Men faced domestic violence charges.
"She went on an all-nighter," a source told RadarOnline. "She was just out of control."
Mueller remains in the unidentified treatment facility. There is no comment from her lawyer on the report. Sheen denies ever hitting or threatening his wife.
