Their father died before they could make other travel plans.
Two Florida anguished sisters have claimed they missed the chance to say goodbye to their dying father when they were kicked off a plane.

Trisha Baker and Debbie Hartman were leaving Orlando on Allegiant Airlines to visit their ailing 84-year-old father in a hospice in Asheville, North Carolina, Monday.
They were waiting to take off when they got a text message from a relative saying their father was not in good condition and their visit could very well be his last.
Debbie was sitting a few rows behind her sister. Trisha says she walked back and took the empty seat across the aisle from Debbie to console her, catching the attendant of a flight attendant.
Trisha told Inside Edition: “I said, ‘I’m trying to console my sister, our dad is dying,’ and was told in mean voice, 'you need to keep your personal problems off the plane.'"
She says that after she asked the flight attendant to show some compassion, she and her sister were booted off the plane.
“I was in shock. I kept saying, 'I’m sorry, I just want to see my dad,'" Debbie claims.
Sadly, their father died before the sisters were able to make other travel plans.
Fellow passengers say they were appalled at the attitude of one flight attendant in particular. After they were kicked off the flight, a passenger revolt ensued.
One passenger said in a YouTube video: “That was the most inhumane, deplorable thing I’ve ever seen any human being do.”
In a statement, Allegiant told Inside Edition: “We rely on our crew members to provide and oversee a safe environment for every passenger, on every flight. We expect that authority to be exercised both judiciously and consistently, with empathy and with good judgment."
The airline also says they take this customer feedback seriously and are in the process of conducting an investigation into what occurred.
