The suspects were rounded up in Paris and some surrounding suburbs as part of the operation that began Monday morning.
A spokeswoman for the Paris prosecutor’s office, Agnès Thibault-Lecuivre, did not identify the detainees or confirm if any of them are believed to have actually carried out the robbery.
However, the spokeswoman did say that some suspects from the October 3 robbery have been identified using DNA collected at the scene.
Thibault-Lecuivre told The New York Times that the oldest of those arrested is 72 and that others are in their 40s, 50s and 60s.
Following the incident, a spokesperson for Kardashian West said she was “badly shaken but physically unharmed."
Once inside, they reportedly held a gun to her head, but Kardashian West begged them to spare her life, saying she has two children.
