It's the first look at Tiger Woods since the scandal broke. The embattled golfer was spotted jogging in Florida with an unidentified friend. He seems to have gained weight since he was last seen in public. The first picture comes as Woods prepares to break his silence.
After three months of scandal, Woods's agent just announced that the embattled athlete will hold his first press conference, saying, "Tiger plans to discuss his past and his future and he intends to apologize for his behavior."
Woods will make his statement at the PGA tour's Florida headquarters on February 19th at 11 a.m. Reporters will not be allowed to ask any questions. His agent says Woods will speak to a "small group of friends, colleagues and close associates."
And INSIDE EDITION has learned more about what he plans to say. A message was posted on his website saying, "While Tiger feels that what happened is fundamentally a matter between him and his wife, he also recognizes that he has hurt and let down a lot of other people who were close to him. He wants to begin the process of making amends."
Meanwhile, Tiger Woods's wife, Elin, was visiting him this morning. She brought along her twin sister Josefin and parked her white Cadillac Escalade in the driveway of the home Woods is renting around the corner from her, and she brought two cups of Starbucks coffee. She was in the house for 2 1/2 hours.

A friend of Elin's told the magazine, "She was livid and out for the kill when she learned of all these women. And if these pregnancies are true, it will make her even madder, I promise you."
People magazine's David Caplan said, "Elin is definitely haunted by all these mistresses, she can't get them out of her mind. Everyone is hounding her about this, and this is really what has caused her immense grief and heartache."
According to People, Elin is "lonely and isolated" as she deals with the ultimate question, whether to "keep or dump?" the father of her children.
"She really hasn't decided yet what she wants to do. So she's really taking her time. She's spending time with her friends and her family, and they are going to counseling right now as well," said Caplan.
