Bill Cosby was back in court on Monday — and he appears to be struggling with his eyesight.

The 79-year-old comedian needed help with his coat and held onto an assistant's arm as he made his way into a Pennsylvania courthouse Monday.
Cosby, whose lawyer claims he is legally blind, was getting out of a car and walking with a cane.
“He seems to be walking okay; he does have some assistance there," Inside Edition’s Les Trent said as Cosby walked nearby.
At his last hearing eight months ago, Cosby bumped into a security X-ray machine and stumbled over a curb at another hearing.
His attorneys claim the disgraced funnyman "cannot even determine whether he has ever even seen some of his accusers."

Cosby's trial on charges of allegedly sexually assaulting former Temple University basketball coach Andrea Constand is set to get underway in June.
Prosecutors wanted to call 13 of Cosby's more than 50 accusers to testify against him — but the judge will only allow one of them to testify, in addition to Constand.
A woman who has only been identified as “Kacey” once worked as an assistant to Cosby's agent. She claims Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1996 at the Bel-Air Hotel in Los Angeles.
"I remember waking up in a bed with Mr. Cosby naked beneath his open robe," she testified.
Cosby looked confident as he walked into court Monday, grinning as a small collection of supporters yelled words of encouragement.
Cosby denies any wrongdoing.
