America's Got Talent judge Mel B claims she married a monster.
In shocking court papers, she claims her husband, 41-year-old Stephen Belafonte, beat her repeatedly, forced her to take part in three-way sex, and got their children's nanny pregnant.
The former Spice Girl wasn't answering any questions when paparazzi caught up with her recently, but in court papers, she alleges that her husband of 10 years “beat me down to let me know he was in charge."
When she tried to leave she said Belafonte "threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life, destroy my career and take my kids away from me."
She also submitted a photo of her badly bruised face.
Mel B., born Melanie Janine Brown, also claims she missed a live episode of the British show The X Factor because she had been so badly beaten. When she returned to the show, there were visible bruises on her arm, shoulders and face.
In 2007, Mel B. competed on Dancing with the Stars where she was partnered with heartthrob Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Belafonte was allegedly so jealous of her sexy dancing with Chmerkovskiy that he allegedly "began choking her and slammed her down onto the hardwood floors."
A judge has ordered Belafonte to leave the four-story Hollywood Hills house he shared with his 41-year-old wife. It's the former home of screen legend Rudolf Valentino, and is now on sale for $8 million.

Belafonte, who is not related to the legendary Harry Belafonte, spoke with TMZ about the allegations.
“You know what my comment to this is, because that is the mother of my children, I am really really, really, really distraught in my brain how this is going to affect our children and the depths that she is going to, that's it. I'm really shocked at those allegations and that's what it is," he said.
Belafonte added that he's being set up and looks forward to his day in court. He and the singer have one daughter together. She also has two other children, including one with actor Eddie Murphy.
