The ex-teacher filled a prescription for the erectile dysfunction meds, and rented a hotel room with a queen-sized bed, the just-released complaint says.
More disturbing allegations have emerged in the case of the disgraced Tennessee teacher who ran off with one of his students for six weeks, as the teenager was reunited with her family in Nashville Friday.
The information appeared in a just-released criminal complaint in the case of Tad Cummins, 50, and his former student Elizabeth Thomas, who disappeared on March 13 and were found Thursday.

The complaint says Cummins filled a prescription for Cialis just before fleeing with the girl. He also rented a hotel room with one queen-sized bed in Oklahoma City, where they spent two days after going on the run.
Elizabeth Thomas and Tad Cummins were found in a cabin 2,500 miles away from Tennessee in a remote region of Northern California.
Siskiyuou County Sheriff Jon Lopey told Inside Edition that the teen is on an emotional rollercoaster.
"At times she was stoic, at sometimes she was emotional and at points she even cried. Sometimes she laughed," he recalled.
Cummins spent the night in jail before FBI agents whisked him away to Sacramento, where he faces federal charges of crossing state lines with intent to have sexual relations with a minor.
The nationwide manhunt came to an end Thursday morning, not far from the Shasta Trinity National Forest.
The cabin's caretaker, Griffin Barry, told Inside Edition that Cummins and Thomas called themselves John and Joanna. He let them spend the night in the cabin because they said they were broke.

“At first I thought they were on hard times and lost everything, then figured it out," he told Inside Edition. "It was twisted."
He phoned police, who surrounded the cabin and busted Cummins and rescued the teenage student Thursday morning.
Cummins’ estranged wife, Jill, released a statement saying she is "glad this chapter of the ordeal is over." She added that she trusts the judicial system to decide what "should" or "should not" happen to her husband.
She filed for divorce after the manhunt began.
