A grocery store outside Portland, Oregon, became a horror scene over the weekend when a blood-covered man walked in carrying a human head.
A 911 call was placed from the Estacada Harvest Market Thriftway in Portland at about 2 p.m. Sunday reporting that a male had entered the store, soaked in blood and holding a knife and what looked like a human head.

Before the shock had a chance to register in the minds of witnesses, the scene grew more horrific as cops say the assailant stabbed a cashier with the bloody knife, according to KGW.
In a subsequent 911 call, a witness told the operator that employees had restrained the assailant and requested medical help for the victim.
Minutes later, a 911 call came from a separate scene in the town of Colton, where a caller reported finding a deceased adult female inside a residence.
That body "is connected to the separate stabbing incident at the Estacada Thriftway," the Clackamas County Sheriff's said in a release.
The suspect was taken into custody by police, but has not yet been named.
Clackamas County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Nate Thompson said the suspect was taken to a hospital, but was likely to be released and booked into jail Monday afternoon.
