Cast member Vinny Ventiera will be back as show restarts.
The cast of Bachelor in Paradise is headed back to Mexico after producers say the show will resume filming after an alleged sex scandal suspended production.
Among the excited cast members is Vinny Ventiera, who was seen wielding a giant hammer in an Instagram photo captioned, “Well, I guess it's time to get hammered again.”
"We are all adults, we can't be babysat," he told Inside Edition when asked whether the contestants should go easy on the alcohol and partying. "You shouldn't put yourself on a television show if you can't handle yourself."
And Ventiera wasn't alone in his excitement.
"Back to the beach we go," said contestant Lacey Mark, in another social media post.
"We are back," said contestant Taylor Nolan.
Meanwhile, Corinne Olympios said she isn't backing down from her claim that she was a victim on the Bachelor in Paradise set.
"It comes as no surprise that Warner Bros., as a result of its own internal investigation, would state that no wrong doing had occurred," her lawyer said in a statement. "Our own investigation will continue based on multiple new witnesses coming forward revealing what they saw and heard.”
Olympios and fellow contestant DeMario Jackson were swept up in the scandal when a producer claimed their hookup in a pool went way too far.
Warner Bros., which produces the ABC show, says a review of the video "does not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member."

Jackson has reportedly been invited to return the show now that production is back on. There's no word on whether he's said yes.
He told Inside Edition last week that his character was “assassinated.”
It's also unclear whether Olympios is returning to the show.
Her wild antics on last season's The Bachelor made her a fan favorite or villainess, depending on your point of view.
Interest will be high when the show airs later this summer.
Warner Bros. has promised stricter rules "to enhance and further ensure the safety and security of all participants."
