The boys allegedly asked her to have sex and when she refused, they pushed her near a vacant home, where they took turns raping her.
Two preteen boys were arrested for allegedly raping an 11-year-old girl in Florida, police said.
The girl was playing outside of a Boynton Beach home when two boys approached and asked her to have sex with them, and she said no, according to a police report obtained by the Palm Beach Post.
When the girl refused, the boys, ages 11 and 12, allegedly threatened to beat her and one of them grabbed her arm and pushed her toward a vacant home, police said. The boys then took turns raping her, the report said.
One of the boys raped her again, at a later time, after taking her to the same spot, police said.
He said if she told anyone what happened, he would “shoot her house up,” the report said.

But the girl wrote a note about what happened to an employee at her school, who told police. An investigation was opened in May.
Detectives spoke to the child and a state Child Protection Team and determined there were signs of sexual abuse. Child Protection Teams work with law enforcement to evaluate allegations of child abuse by conducting forensic interviews and exams.
In interviews with police, one of the accused boys allegedly said he and the other boy had sex with the girl but never threatened her. The other accused boy allegedly said “[redacted] did a bad thing,” but his mother ended the interview when cops tried to ask more questions, the report said.
The age of sexual consent in Florida is 18.

A third boy, who the girl said witnessed the assaults, told investigators he didn't see anything, but heard the child being threatened, authorities said.
The two boys were arrested in June. Their names were not released because they are juveniles.
It has not been determined if the boys will be charged as adults.
A person younger than 18 who is convicted of sexual battery against a person under 12 is eligible for life imprisonment under Florida Law.
