Tim Savage claims his daughter Joycelyn has been severely brainwashed by the "Ignition" singer.
R&B singer R. Kelly is facing allegations of running a "sex cult," but one of his alleged victims has claimed that she is fine and not being held against her will.
The claim came from the parents of Joycelyn Savage, who believe their daughter has been brainwashed by the artist.

“My daughter is being held against her will," said Tim Savage.
Savage claims Kelly is holding Joycelyn and five other young women in two locations — one at his mansion in Atlanta and another at his Chicago apartment in Trump Tower.
The family spoke at a press conference in front of an Atlanta home that they believe Kelly rented out for the girls.
Joycelyn’s mother went to the police, saying her daughter had joined the “R. Kelly Cult.”
BuzzFeed reporter Jim DeRogatis broke the story on the allegations.
“These women are told when to eat, when to sleep, how to dress [and] how to pleasure him sexually in encounters he records," DeRogatis told Inside Edition.
Joycelyn met Kelly backstage at a concert in 2015 when she was 19-years-old. He allegedly promised he would help her with her career in music, but since living with him, her parents say she has cut communication with her family.
But when police contacted Joycelyn, she said she was fine. She denies being in a “cult” and has refused to reveal where she lives.
"I'm not being brainwashed,” she told TMZ. “I just want everybody to know, my parents and everybody in the world, to know that I'm totally fine.”
Kelly’s attorney says the singer is "alarmed and disturbed at the recent revelations attributed to him."
He added: "Mr. Kelly unequivocally denies such allegations and will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name."

Kelly has been accused in the past of having inappropriate relationships with young women, including his marriage to the late singer Aaliyah when she was just 15 years old.
He also faced child porn charges in 2008, but a jury found him not guilty.
