The actor was accused of grabbing a "42nd Street" co-star on the buttocks during rehearsals.
Tom Wopat may have played a good ol' boy on the classic TV show Dukes of Hazzard, but he's now facing some disturbing allegations.

The 65-year-old actor was in a Massachusetts court Thursday, facing a charge of indecent assault.
The allegations came last month when Wopat, who's starring in the musical 42nd Street, allegedly groped a woman on the set.
“He walked up to her from behind and grabbed her buttocks,” the prosecutor said in court. “He said he flirts with people but did nothing inappropriate.”
Wopat's problems multiplied when police found two baggies of what appeared to be cocaine in his car.
“He told police that he buys a large quantity in New York and uses it over a long period of time,” prosecutors said.
Wopat, whose own lawyer even referenced that he was on the famous TV show, was freed after posting $1,000 bail. He could face five years in jail if found guilty of the drug charge.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Wopat was ordered to stay away from the accusing actress. He's been fired from the production.
