Three former employees claim they were fired for speaking out about the office's X-rated antics.
A New Jersey debt relief company’s alleged sexually charged office behavior was so inappropriate that it outpaced the antics of characters in The Wolf of Wall Street, according to former employees who claimed in a lawsuit they were fired when they tried to stop the raunchy conduct.
Seven owners and managers of American Funding Group, Corporate Bailout and related companies were accused of creating an environment in their Tinton Falls office that was “sexually aggressive, morally repulsive and unlawfully hostile,” according the lawsuit obtained by Inside Edition.
The behavior was “rivaled only by the businesses portrayed in the films Boiler Room and The Wolf of Wall Street,” the suit said.

Strippers were regularly hired to celebrate special occasions, including the 31st birthday party for manager Michael Hamill, according to the court papers.
Another stripper reportedly dressed as an oompa loompa was brought in for a Halloween party at the request of owner Mark Mancino, the suit alleged.
Neither man showed up for work Friday, as Inside Edition received only silence while asking employees entering the building for their take on the workplace environment.

But three women who filed the claim, Nicole Orlando, Evelyn Grondski and Donna Simone, said in the suit that workers were told to sign a “waiver” indicating they were OK with “lewd” activity in the workplace.
Those who didn’t sign were “laughed at for being ‘lame,’ ‘prude’ or a ‘tight ass,’” and when the three women refused to go along with and complained about the behavior, they were allegedly fired, the suit said.
A settlement was reached Friday, one day after the lawsuit was filed, an attorney representing the three women told Inside Edition.
“The parties look forward to putting this behind them,” the lawyer said.
