Rock star Marilyn Manson has canceled his headlining tour after sustaining injuries during a performance in New York.
Large gun-shaped stage props fell on the singer as he performed a cover of Euthrymics' “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)” during a concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan on Saturday.

The tall metal structure in the shape of two pistols collapsed on the 48-year-old musician, whose real name is Brian Warner, reportedly trapping him for several minutes.
Manson was eventually freed by stage technicians who rushed to his aid.
According to videos taken by concert goers, Manson appeared to be climbing the structure before it fell. His band continued the song for several seconds before they stopped playing.

While the extent of his injuries is unknown, a representative told US Weekly he will be recovering at home in Los Angeles.
He has also posted a selfie on Instagram, captioned "NYC" a day after the accident.
