Twilight fans have been breaking box office records at theatres, and now they’re lining up to get the wedding dress seen in the movie. INSIDE EDITION takes a look at the recreation of the popular gown.
The now-famous wedding gown worn by Bella in the new Twilight film is now available for every bride.
Bella, played by Kristen Stewart wears a stunning Carolina Herrera gown during her wedding to vampire Edward Cullen. The romantic dress was handmade using crepe-satin and French Chantilly lace. The dress features a sheer peek-a-boo back, and has 152 buttons. It took four seamstresses more than six months to make it. The price tag is $35,000.
But you can have your own version of Bella's dress for just $800.
The dress, recreated by Alfred Angelo, is aptly named "Bella." It's flying off the racks at Russell's Bridal in Linden New Jersey.
"It's perfect for the bride who wants to show a little skin and feel sexy, but not look over the top. It's actually made of liquid satin instead of silk satin, and it has a less expensive type of lace on the cusp, and obviously on the sheer back," said Heather Levine, Senior Fashion Editor at TheKnot.com.
