Sandra Bullock cancels a London movie premiere appearance at the last minute as reports surface of her husband having an affair. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.
Is the marriage of Oscar®-winner Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James about to implode?
Bullock abruptly canceled an appearance at the London premiere of her hit movie The Blind Side, saying that "due to unforeseen personal reasons a trip abroad to support The Blind Side has been deemed impossible at this time."
The announcement came the same day In Touch magazine came out with a blockbuster report quoting a tattoo model as saying she had a steamy affair with Jesse James while Sandra was away making the film in 2009.
Michelle McGee claims she carried on an 11-month affair with the star of the reality show Monster Garage.
McGee showed In Touch the racy text messages she exchanged with James, such as "hey babe ..." and "Hey there hot stuff! ... *wink*"
In Touch quoted McGee as saying, "I asked him, 'What's going on with you and Sandra?' He said, 'She doesn't live here. She has a house in Austin. She is filming, and I can't talk about it.' "
McGee bears a striking resemblance, tattoos and all, to James's ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, who is involved in a messy custody battle over their 5-year-old daughter.
The allegations that James cheated on Bullock are especially shocking because they appeared so much in love on Oscar® night and all through the recently concluded awards season.
An intimate picture of them was taken backstage moments after Bullock won the Oscar® as Best Actress.
She even made a point of thanking him in her acceptance speeches.
"I love you so much. And you're really hot," Bullock said to her husband at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
